Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

After placing an order please allow a processing time of 3 to 4 business days unless otherwise noted, After that your order will be shipped immediately via USPS Priority. After it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. USPS ground shipping typically takes 6-10 business days for arrival within the US. We ship Monday-Wednesday and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following working Monday. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or International.

Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:

You can cancel an order anytime up to the moment processing begins, once an order is processed and or shipped, cancellation is not possible. At Indiva Fragrance Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure every order is inspected before they are shipped to you. Please inspect your order carefully as Indiva Fragrance Studio cannot accept returns of a burned, used candle and or product due to the delicate nature of our products. In the event your order is damaged upon delivery, please email info@indivafragrancestudio.com with your order number and a photo proof of the damaged item within three business days of delivery and we will replace any damaged goods. If the scent of a candle or any other product is not what you expected, we will gladly offer you an exchange, or a return for store credit of any unused, unlit in original condition goods. (excluding shipping & handling charges. Customers will be responsible for any shipping return. Please allow 4 to 8 business days for your return to process after we receive your returned item.
